SERVICE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Tuesdays, 2:00 - 6:00pm
Wednesdays, 1:00 - 3:00pm
Thursdays, 2:00 - 4:00pm
Fridays, 5:00 - 7:00pm
Saturdays (2nd, 4th, & 5th), 10:00am - 3:00pm
Conditions
- The Library does not accept credit/debit card
- Fees paid to the U.S. Department of State must be by check or money order
- Fees paid to the Library must be paid with cash or check
- All fees are set by the Department of State
Apply in person if ANY of the following is true:
- You have never been issued a U.S. Passport;
- You were under the age of 16 when your last passport was issued;
- Your most recent U.S. Passport was issued more the 15 years ago;
- Your most recent passport have been lost/stolen;
- Your name has changed since your previous passport was issued and you are unable to legally
show the changed name.
