Tech Appointments
No questions are too silly to ask! Our staff is here to help you with your technology challenges.
We offer 30-minute Tech Appointments during the following times:
Wednesdays, 9:30am-1:00pm
We are unable to assist with virus and hardware concerns.
Free Computer Access
Desktop computers are available for use in the Adult and Teen areas. Guest passes available for non-Cutchogue/New Suffolk patrons.
Device Chargers
Android, Apple, and a variety of laptop chargers are available for in-library use and to check out.
Programs
We offer a wide variety of programs for adults, children, tweens, and teens to expand accessibility to and learning how to use emerging technologies.
Libby eBooks & Audiobooks
Libby, a free app that allows you to download audiobooks and send eBooks to your kindle devices. Click the book icon to view a presentation on what Libby is and how to get started.
Free Wi-Fi
We offer free Wi-Fi to all library patrons. Wi-Fi is available in the building and out to the Library parking lot.
Charging Station
Need to charge your devices at the Library? Use our charging station in the second floor Upstairs Gallery. iOS and Android chargers available.
Laptops
Laptops are available for in-library use for patrons who need quiet study or work in a private room.
Printing Services
Printing services are available for cardholders and guests. We also have Mobile Printing available from home or the Library on your phone, tablet, or laptop.

Please keep in mind that we do not service hardware repairs, assist with cybersecurity concerns/issues, or do at-home technology repairs (desktop computers, routers, TV’s, streaming devices, etc.).
