About North Fork College Bound
This initiative is led by Bob McCaughey, a Professor of History and Dean of Faculty, Emeritus, Barnard College, Columbia University and seasonal North Fork resident from 1986-2019, now full-time resident of Cutchogue. Bob also serves as a Library Board of Trustees member at the Cutchogue New Suffolk Free Library.

Services offered include: Early help (for 9th & 10th graders/ parents) becoming informed about college-going, identifying a range of colleges that match student interests and resources, high school course –selection/resume-building to match college ambitions, preparing for SAT exams, deciding where to apply, preparing financial-aid forms (FAFSA and/or College Board CSS Profile), and more!
Complementary to and in support of guidance offices of the three North Fork High Schools.
